Eurotank Environmental’s interceptor & drainage cleaning service has received glowing reviews in a customer satisfaction survey.
Conducted by John Rome, Eurotank’s Interceptor & Environmental Management Consultant, the survey revealed an extremely positive response from all 16 customers contacted, with particularly pleasing comments about the division’s Operations Manager Susan Duncan.
For example, Michelle Cutting of Park Garage Group said: “I’m extremely impressed with Susan. She is always prepared to go above and beyond, her responses are prompt, and solutions are always found. Invoices are sent in a timely manner and any queries are dealt with immediately. I’m pleased with the level of service and quality of the work being carried out.”
Peter Bradley of Pricewatch said: “Great service, getting the before and after photos is brilliant, excellent communications with Susan. The engineers are great, giving good advice and are all extremely knowledgeable.”
Emma Taylor of MPK Garages commented: “I am very happy with the quality of service; the response times are excellent, and Susan is extremely helpful and professional.”
