Eurotank Environmental has launched two tank lining products to offer customers a lower cost option to upgrade their tanks.
Lifeliner Lite is a specially adapted system that is 30% cheaper than the full Lifeliner double-skin lining, and is available in both double and single skin.
The double-skin version uses one layer of fibreglass, followed by parabeam, plus three more layers of fibreglass. Single-skin Lifeliner Lite comprises three layers of fibreglass on the tank floor where it is most susceptible to leaks, and one layer over the rest of the tank.
The reduced amount of time it takes to line tanks with Lifeliner Lite keeps disruption to a minimum, and it still comes with a 10-year warranty (compared to 30 years for Lifeliner double skin and 20 years for Lifeliner single skin).
The first Lifeliner Lite double skin is currently being installed at a site in Hampshire.

A leak can be catastrophic to the environment and financially to the retailer so we highly recommend tank owners have their tanks inspected and upgraded for peace of mind.
“Lifeliner Lite has been developed to give customers a lower cost option that comes with a warranty and is more thorough than our entry-level tank retightening service.”
