Mepsan offers two options for hoses on their HGV dispensers – standard or tall like this pump installed for Ely Service Station in Cambridgeshire last month.
Standard hoses are curled around a holster when not in use, while the tall version has the hoses fitted to a mast.
Jack Aplin, Eurotank’s Group Sales Director, said: “High hose masts prevent hoses from being left trailing and potentially getting damaged but still allow for a long reach.”
High hose masts are an optional extra on Mepsan Cosmic HGV pumps and cost approximately £150 per hose.”
The project at Ely involved Eurotank removing the old pumps, breaking out two pump islands, and installing new cradles to fit the pumps. Pipework modifications were made and the two new Mepsan Cosmic single-hose dispensers were installed. Eurotank had previously installed a Mepsan Smartline four-hose pump on the main forecourt back in 2022.
