Eurotank kicked off 2025 with the installation of five Electrajet premium jet washes for two customers.
Eurotank sold independent retailer Highway Stops two top-of-the-range Electrajet jet washes with contactless payment as part of their redevelopment of Lye Service Station in Stourbridge in the West Midlands.
The jet washes have been installed with a boom system where hoses are suspended from above so they don’t drag across vehicles during washing.
Meanwhile, Sussex-based independent retailer Pricewatch also opted for the boom system for two new Electrajet premium jet washes at Wivelsfield Service Station in West Sussex along with another machine at Selmeston Service Station in Polegate, East Sussex.
Both customers are very happy with their new valeting facilities, which are already in high demand.
Tom Buckley, General Manager at Pricewatch, said: “The machines are constantly being used at Wivelsfield, turning over £300 a day at the moment, selling at 75p per minute. Feedback from customers has all been positive. There are no other machines in the area so they were badly needed.
“I love the machines – with eight settings there are plenty of options for a better clean including wheel wash and snow foam; who doesn’t like that?!,” he adds.
Tony Head, Business Development Director at Highway Stops, said: “Customers love the jet washes and we have had back to back washes being sold since they were installed, mainly with contactless payments.”
